I henhold til Den Internationale S\u00f8fartsorganisations Globale Maritime N\u00f8d- og Sikkerhedssystem (GMDSS) skal fart\u00f8jer medbringe specifikt redningsudstyr for at hj\u00e6lpe med lokalisering og redning i n\u00f8dsituationer. <\/p>\n\n<p>To kritiske dele af s\u00e5dant udstyr er AIS SART&#8217;er og Radar SART&#8217;er. Selvom begge tjener det samme endelige form\u00e5l, at hj\u00e6lpe redningsmandskab med at finde overlevende, fungerer de p\u00e5 meget forskellige m\u00e5der. Lad os gennemg\u00e5 de vigtigste forskelle og hj\u00e6lpe dig med at forst\u00e5, hvilken teknologi der g\u00f8r hvad, og hvorfor begge stadig er vigtige i dag.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Hvad er en SART?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En Search and Rescue Transponder (SART) er en selvst\u00e6ndig, batteridrevet enhed, der bruges til at hj\u00e6lpe med at lokalisere redningsfart\u00f8jer eller n\u00f8dstedte fart\u00f8jer. N\u00e5r den aktiveres, sender den signaler, der leder redningsmandskabet direkte til n\u00f8dstedet. <\/p>\n\n<p>I henhold til GMDSS-kravene skal visse SOLAS-klassefart\u00f8jer medf\u00f8re en SART om bord, typisk opbevaret n\u00e6r broen eller redningsfart\u00f8jet til hurtig udrykning. Den forbliver i standbytilstand, indtil den registrerer et indg\u00e5ende radarsignal fra et s\u00f8gende fart\u00f8j eller fly. N\u00e5r den er udl\u00f8st, reagerer den ved at sende en r\u00e6kke pulser. P\u00e5 redningsmandens radardisplay vises dette som en linje med 12 prikker, der til sidst danner koncentriske buer, efterh\u00e5nden som redningsenheden kommer t\u00e6ttere p\u00e5. N\u00f8gleegenskaber ved Radar SART&#8217;er er som f\u00f8lger:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passiv indtil afh\u00f8rt af radar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kr\u00e6ver radar for n\u00e6rliggende fart\u00f8jer eller fly for at aktivere<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e6kkevidde: Typisk op til 8 s\u00f8mil (fra redningsfl\u00e5dens antenneh\u00f8jde)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOLAS\/GMDSS-kompatibel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>AIS SART&#8217;er<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En AIS SART sender en n\u00f8dmeddelelse ved hj\u00e6lp af AIS-funktionen (Automatic Identification System) p\u00e5 VHF-frekvenser. I stedet for at vente p\u00e5 radarforesp\u00f8rgsler, sender den aktivt sin GPS-position med j\u00e6vne mellemrum. AIS-udstyrede skibe\/fart\u00f8jer inden for VHF-r\u00e6kkevidde modtager en n\u00f8dalarm, der inkluderer et tydeligt markeret m\u00e5l p\u00e5 deres plotter eller ECDIS med pr\u00e6cis breddegrad og l\u00e6ngdegrad. M\u00e5let er tydeligt identificeret som en SART. N\u00f8glekarakteristika for AIS SART&#8217;er er som f\u00f8lger:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sender aktivt positionsdata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Giver GPS-koordinater i realtid<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e6kkevidde: Typisk 5-10 s\u00f8mil afh\u00e6ngigt af antenneh\u00f8jde<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOLAS\/GMDSS-kompatibel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>B\u00e5de AIS SART&#8217;er og Radar SART&#8217;er tjener den samme kritiske mission: at hj\u00e6lpe redningsmandskab med at finde overlevende hurtigt og pr\u00e6cist. De prim\u00e6re forskelle stammer fra: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hvordan de overf\u00f8rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan de vises<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hvordan de pr\u00e6cist kommunikerer placering<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I henhold til GMDSS-reglerne fastsat af Den Internationale S\u00f8fartsorganisation er begge teknologier godkendt, men AIS SART&#8217;er repr\u00e6senterer den moderne udvikling inden for efters\u00f8gnings- og redningslokaliseringsteknologi. Selvom AIS SART&#8217;er er en mere moderne l\u00f8sning, er radar-SART&#8217;er stadig vigtige, fordi ikke alle fart\u00f8jer verden over opererer med fuldt funktionelle AIS- eller ECDIS-systemer p\u00e5 alle tidspunkter.
