Ako razmi\u0161ljate o samostalnom izlasku, evo nekoliko va\u017enih sigurnosnih mjera koje \u0107e vam pomo\u0107i da ostanete samouvjereni i sigurni na stazi.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>1. Planirajte svoju rutu i istra\u017eite<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Prije polaska, upoznajte se s odabranom rutom. Prou\u010dite kartu OS-a, pro\u010ditajte nedavna izvje\u0161\u0107a o stazama i razumite teren, udaljenost, nadmorsku visinu i potencijalne opasnosti. Provjerite jesu li staze jasno ozna\u010dene i postoje li vodeni prijelazi ili strmi dijelovi.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Ako vam je ovo prvi put da se samostalno bavite planinarenjem, po\u010dnite s popularnom, dobro utabanom rutom, mo\u017eda kru\u017enom \u0161etnjom nacionalnim parkom ili lokalnom \u0161umskom stazom. Budite svjesni svoje okoline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Dok hodate, obratite pozornost na okolinu. Pratite vremenske prilike jer se britanski uvjeti mogu dramati\u010dno promijeniti u samo nekoliko minuta.
