Prema Globalnom pomorskom sustavu za nesre\u0107u i sigurnost (GMDSS) Me\u0111unarodne pomorske organizacije, plovila moraju nositi posebnu opremu za spa\u0161avanje kako bi pomogla u lociranju i spa\u0161avanju tijekom hitnih slu\u010dajeva. <\/p>\n\n<p>Dva klju\u010dna dijela takve opreme su AIS SART-ovi i radarski SART-ovi. Iako oba slu\u017ee istoj krajnjoj svrsi, pomaganju spasiocima u lociranju pre\u017eivjelih, djeluju na vrlo razli\u010dite na\u010dine. Analizirajmo klju\u010dne razlike i pomozimo vam da shvatite koja tehnologija \u0161to radi i za\u0161to su obje i danas va\u017ene.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>\u0160to je SART?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Transponder za potragu i spa\u0161avanje (SART) je samostalni ure\u0111aj na baterije koji se koristi za pomo\u0107 u lociranju plovila za spa\u0161avanje ili plovila u nevolji. Kada se aktivira, oda\u0161ilje signale koji vode spasioce izravno do mjesta nu\u017ede. <\/p>\n\n<p>Prema GMDSS zahtjevima za no\u0161enje, odre\u0111ena plovila klase SOLAS moraju imati SART na brodu, obi\u010dno smje\u0161ten u blizini mosta ili plovila za pre\u017eivljavanje radi brzog aktiviranja. Postoje dvije odobrene vrste: radarski SART i AIS SART. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Radarski SART-ovi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Radarski SART radi na frekvenciji pomorskog radara od 9 GHz (X-pojas). Ostaje u stanju pripravnosti dok ne detektira dolazni radarski signal s plovila ili zrakoplova koji traga. Nakon \u0161to se aktivira, reagira oda\u0161iljanjem niza impulsa. Na radarskom zaslonu spasioca to se pojavljuje kao linija od 12 to\u010daka, koje na kraju formiraju koncentri\u010dne lukove kako se spasila\u010dka jedinica pribli\u017eava. Klju\u010dne karakteristike radarskih SART-ova su sljede\u0107e:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pasivan dok ga ne ispita radar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Za aktiviranje je potreban radar obli\u017enjeg plovila ili zrakoplova<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domet: Tipi\u010dno do 8 nauti\u010dkih milja (od visine antene splavi za spa\u0161avanje)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uskla\u0111eno sa SOLAS \/ GMDSS standardima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>AIS SART-ovi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>AIS SART oda\u0161ilje poruku o nevolji koriste\u0107i funkcionalnost Automatskog identifikacijskog sustava (AIS) na VHF frekvencijama. Umjesto \u010dekanja na radarski upit, aktivno emitira svoju GPS poziciju u redovitim intervalima. Brodovi\/plovila opremljeni AIS-om unutar VHF dometa primaju upozorenje o nevolji koje uklju\u010duje jasno ozna\u010den cilj na njihovom ploteru ili ECDIS-u s preciznom geografskom \u0161irinom i du\u017einom. Cilj je jasno identificiran kao SART. Klju\u010dne karakteristike AIS SART-ova su sljede\u0107e:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Aktivno prenosi podatke o polo\u017eaju<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pru\u017ea GPS koordinate u stvarnom vremenu<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Domet: Tipi\u010dno 5\u201310 nauti\u010dkih milja, ovisno o visini antene<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Uskla\u0111eno sa SOLAS \/ GMDSS standardima<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>I AIS SART i radarski SART imaju istu klju\u010dnu misiju: \u200b\u200bpomo\u0107i spasiocima da brzo i to\u010dno prona\u0111u pre\u017eivjele. Glavne razlike svode se na: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Kako prenose<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kako se prikazuju<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Koliko precizno komuniciraju lokaciju<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Prema GMDSS propisima Me\u0111unarodne pomorske organizacije, obje tehnologije su odobrene, ali AIS SART-ovi predstavljaju modernu evoluciju tehnologije lociranja potrage i spa\u0161avanja. Iako su AIS SART-ovi modernije rje\u0161enje, radarski SART-ovi i dalje su va\u017eni jer ne rade svi brodovi u svijetu s potpuno funkcionalnim AIS ili ECDIS sustavima u svakom trenutku. Radar ostaje univerzalan i neovisan, a u nekim scenarijima potrage, posebno onima koji uklju\u010duju zrakoplove, radarski SART odgovori i dalje mogu biti vrlo u\u010dinkoviti.  <\/p>\n\n<p>S obzirom na to da AIS SART i radarski SART ure\u0111aji posjeduju svoje jedinstvene prednosti, operater koji cijeni redundanciju mogao bi odabrati konfiguraciju nosa\u010da koja se sastoji od obje vrste SART ure\u0111aja kako bi osigurao kompatibilnost u razli\u010ditim scenarijima spa\u0161avanja.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pomorsko uzbunjivanje u nevolji zna\u010dajno se razvilo tijekom posljednjih nekoliko desetlje\u0107a.
