Tijekom vremena, regulatori su identificirali dva rastu\u0107a problema: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Zagu\u0161enje AIS kanala<\/strong> &#8211; AIS kanali 1 i 2 prvenstveno su namijenjeni za promet plovila i komunikaciju vezanu uz sigurnost. Me\u0111utim, sve ve\u0107i broj autonomnih pomorskih radio ure\u0111aja (AMRD) poput markera ribolovne opreme i AIS svjetionika po\u010deo je preplavljivati \u200b\u200bmre\u017eu signalima. To je izazvalo zabrinutost da bi kriti\u010dne navigacijske podatke moglo postati te\u017ee otkriti ili im dati prioritet.  <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ograni\u010dena mogu\u0107nost upozoravanja<\/strong> &#8211; Raniji AIS-ovi ure\u0111aji za upravljanje brodovima oslanjali su se na obli\u017enja plovila koja su primijetila AIS cilj koji se pojavljuje na njihovom ploteru. U prometnim ili stresnim situacijama ovo upozorenje moglo bi pro\u0107i nezapa\u017eeno. Zahtijevanjem DSC (digitalnog selektivnog pozivanja) upozorenja o opasnosti, standard klase M osigurava da obli\u017enji VHF radio ure\u0111aji ogla\u0161avaju zvu\u010dni alarm, zna\u010dajno pove\u0107avaju\u0107i vjerojatnost da \u0107e se hitan slu\u010daj odmah prepoznati.    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Iako Ocean Signal MOB1 uklju\u010duje DSC sustav za uzbunjivanje u nevolji (sadr\u017ei DSC oda\u0161ilja\u010d), ne sadr\u017ei DSC prijemnik (\u0161to MOB1 \u010dini neuskla\u0111enim s klasom M). Na temelju propisa klase M koji je stupio na snagu 1. sije\u010dnja 2025., Ocean Signal je tada predstavio MOB2 kako bi imao dostupnu opciju AIS MOB klase M. Odgovor varira ovisno o zemlji, ali op\u0107i trend je prema potpunoj uskla\u0111enosti s Klasom M. U nekoliko europskih zemalja ure\u0111aji koji nisu uskla\u0111eni s Klasom M vi\u0161e se ne mogu prodavati ili licencirati, a u nekim slu\u010dajevima njihova je upotreba ve\u0107 zabranjena. Zna\u010daj provedbe propisa Klase M za postoje\u0107e vlasnike MOB1 je u tome \u0161to se MOB1 ure\u0111aji vi\u0161e ne smiju koristiti u zemljama koje su implementirale novi propis. <a href=\"https:\/\/docdb.cept.org\/implementation\/28560\">Kliknite ovdje<\/a> za pristup popisu europskih zemalja koji prikazuje gdje je propis Klase M implementiran.   <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-do-i-need-to-throw-away-my-older-ais-mob-beacon\">Trebam li baciti svoj stariji AIS MOB ure\u0111aj?<\/h2>\n\n<p>Ako ve\u0107 posjedujete stari AIS MOB ure\u0111aj (kao \u0161to je rescueME MOB1), on tehni\u010dki jo\u0161 uvijek mo\u017ee funkcionirati (AIS je AIS), ali mo\u017eda ne\u0107e biti uskla\u0111en s propisima u jurisdikcijama koje ograni\u010davaju ure\u0111aje koji nisu klase M.<\/p>\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er vrijedi zapamtiti: u stvarnoj nevolji cilj je spa\u0161avanje \u017eivota. (To ne dokazuje da takvi slu\u010dajevi ne postoje, samo da se ne pojavljuju u obavijestima javnih regulatora ili u mainstream izvje\u0161tavanju o plovidbi.) <\/p>\n\n<p>U Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, u vrijeme po\u010detne objave ovog bloga (o\u017eujak 2026.), web stranica Ureda za komunikacije (Ofcom) navodi da nositelji licenci mogu nastaviti koristiti MOB ure\u0111aje koji nisu klase M na AIS 1 i AIS 2 nakon 31. prosinca 2024. u skladu s Dozvolom za brodski radio \/ Dozvolom za brodski prijenosni radio, dok Ofcom iznosi prijedloge za postupno ukidanje te autorizacije ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ofcom.org.uk\/spectrum\/radio-equipment\/licensing-updates?\">www.ofcom.org.uk<\/a> ).<\/p>\n\n<p>\u0160to to zna\u010di, ne pani\u010darite oko postoje\u0107e opreme u Ujedinjenom Kraljevstvu, ali nove kupnje trebale bi biti klase M kako bi ostale osigurane za budu\u0107nost. ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yachtingworld.com\/yachts-and-gear\/what-the-m-class-ais-beacons-get-a-new-rulebook-158070\">Yachting World<\/a> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201ePravo pobolj\u0161anje je DSC + AIS: zvu\u010dni alarm + vizualni cilj.\u201c<\/strong> Industrijske poruke sna\u017eno se usredoto\u010duju na prakti\u010dnu korist: ure\u0111aji klase M kombiniraju AIS cilj (vidljivost plotera\/karte) s VHF DSC upozorenjem koje mo\u017ee pokrenuti glasne alarme na radio postajama u dometu. ( <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yachtingworld.com\/yachts-and-gear\/what-the-m-class-ais-beacons-get-a-new-rulebook-158070?\">Yachting World<\/a> )<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201eOvdje se radi o za\u0161titi AIS kanala od zagu\u0161enja.\u201c<\/strong>  Mnogi stru\u010dnjaci iz industrije navode porast broja AIS oda\u0161ilja\u010da (markera itd.) koji nisu namijenjeni za pozive u nevolju &#8220;izvan broda&#8221; i potrebu za odr\u017eavanjem pouzdanosti AIS-a za sigurnost i navigaciju.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\u201eKanal 2006 je kontroverzan jer se rutinski ne prati.\u201c<\/strong> Klju\u010dna to\u010dka razgovora je da Kanal 2006 (160.900 MHz) \u2013 koji se koristi za druge AMRD kategorije \u2013 ne\u0107e biti pra\u0107en od strane op\u0107ih brodskih\/obalnih stanica kao dio GMDSS-a, zbog \u010dega se Klasa M (AIS 1\/2 + DSC 70) smatra \u201epravim\u201c MOB putem.
