Enligt Internationella sj\u00f6fartsorganisationens globala n\u00f6d- och s\u00e4kerhetssystem (GMDSS) m\u00e5ste fartyg ha specifik utrustning f\u00f6r livr\u00e4ddningsfarkoster f\u00f6r att hj\u00e4lpa till med lokalisering och r\u00e4ddning i n\u00f6dsituationer. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tv\u00e5 viktiga delar av s\u00e5dan utrustning \u00e4r AIS SART och Radar SART. \u00c4ven om b\u00e5da tj\u00e4nar samma slutgiltiga syfte, att hj\u00e4lpa r\u00e4ddningsarbetare att lokalisera \u00f6verlevande, fungerar de p\u00e5 v\u00e4ldigt olika s\u00e4tt. L\u00e5t oss g\u00e5 igenom de viktigaste skillnaderna och hj\u00e4lpa dig att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vilken teknik som g\u00f6r vad, och varf\u00f6r b\u00e5da fortfarande \u00e4r viktiga idag.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Vad \u00e4r en SART?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En s\u00f6k- och r\u00e4ddningstransponder (SART) \u00e4r en frist\u00e5ende, batteridriven enhet som anv\u00e4nds f\u00f6r att lokalisera livr\u00e4ddningsfarkoster eller n\u00f6dst\u00e4llda fartyg. N\u00e4r den aktiveras s\u00e4nder den signaler som leder r\u00e4ddningspersonal direkt till n\u00f6dplatsen. <\/p>\n\n<p>Enligt GMDSS-kraven f\u00f6r r\u00e4ddningsfarkoster m\u00e5ste vissa fartyg av SOLAS-klass ha en SART ombord, vanligtvis f\u00f6rvarad n\u00e4ra bryggan eller livr\u00e4ddningsfarkosten f\u00f6r snabb utplacering. Det finns tv\u00e5 godk\u00e4nda typer: radar-SART och AIS-SART. <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Radar SART:er<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En Radar SART arbetar p\u00e5 marinradarfrekvensen 9 GHz (X-band). Den f\u00f6rblir i standby-l\u00e4ge tills den detekterar en inkommande radarsignal fr\u00e5n ett s\u00f6kande fartyg eller flygplan. De viktigaste egenskaperna hos Radar SART \u00e4r f\u00f6ljande:    <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Passiv tills den f\u00f6rh\u00f6rs med radar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kr\u00e4ver radar f\u00f6r fartyg eller flygplan i n\u00e4rheten f\u00f6r att aktiveras<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>R\u00e4ckvidd: Vanligtvis upp till 8 sj\u00f6mil (fr\u00e5n livflottens antennh\u00f6jd)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SOLAS\/GMDSS-kompatibel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><strong>AIS SART:er<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>En AIS SART s\u00e4nder ett n\u00f6dmeddelande med hj\u00e4lp av AIS-funktionen (Automatic Identification System) p\u00e5 VHF-frekvenser. Ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att v\u00e4nta p\u00e5 radaravl\u00e4sning s\u00e4nder den aktivt ut sin GPS-position med j\u00e4mna mellanrum. AIS-utrustade fartyg\/fartyg inom VHF-r\u00e4ckvidd f\u00e5r ett n\u00f6dlarm som inkluderar ett tydligt markerat m\u00e5l p\u00e5 sin plotter eller ECDIS med exakt latitud och longitud. M\u00e5let identifieras tydligt som en SART. De prim\u00e4ra skillnaderna beror p\u00e5: <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Hur de \u00f6verf\u00f6r<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hur de visas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hur exakt de kommunicerar plats<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Enligt GMDSS-regler som fastst\u00e4llts av Internationella sj\u00f6fartsorganisationen (IMO) \u00e4r b\u00e5da teknikerna godk\u00e4nda, men AIS SART representerar den moderna utvecklingen av s\u00f6k- och r\u00e4ddningslokaliseringsteknik. \u00c4ven om AIS SART \u00e4r en mer modern l\u00f6sning \u00e4r radar-SART fortfarande viktiga eftersom inte alla fartyg v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver anv\u00e4nder fullt fungerande AIS- eller ECDIS-system hela tiden.
