We stand behind our products. If your www.oceansignal.com purchase does not meet your expectations, you can return it for a replacement or refund (excluding shipping charges) within 30 Days of the date of purchase except as noted below. Please download a copy of your purchase receipt and enclose it with the returned item. Please contact Ocean Signal via our Contact Form for instructions on the return process.

Emergency Position-Indicating Radio Beacons (EPIRBs) and Personal Locator Beacons (PLBs) can only be returned for a full refund within 30 Days of date of purchase if the product has not been registered with the National Authority Registration. Any product eligible for a promotional offer (cash rebates or free goods) that has been redeemed is not eligible.
