For the purposes of Warranty Registration, Product Configuration and Access to test data Ocean Signal Ltd. stores limited customer data that is entered via this website or using Mobile App’s.

For the Mobile Application “Ocean Signal”

Please email help@oceansignal.com with the subject line ‘App Account Deletion’ and provide your email address to request account deletion.

Please note, that once your account is deleted all personal data, such as your email address and all information we hold about you, your preferences, AIS configurations and owned beacons will be deleted, as well as all other registered products.

Warranty information will be retained, as well as past configuration, self and GNSS test data from beacon products
