Please try these tips if you are having trouble programming your MOB1
- Ensure your device's screen is set to maximum brightness
- Disable auto brightness
- Do not try to program MOB1 in direct sunlight or strong artificial light
- If you can't get MOB1 to successfully program using one device, try another device such as a phone or tablet
- If you are using Android or iOS, you can add this webapp to your homepage by clicking on the menu bar and selecting add to home screen
- To delete the MMSI from the MOB1, simply leave the MMSI field blank
Follow these instructions to get MOB1 into programming mode
- Arm the device by moving the red slider down
- Place the rubber programming adaptor over the device with the aperture over the strobe LED (as shown in the picture below)
- Press and hold the test button by pressing the raised button on the adaptor for approximately 15 seconds. The LED will change from flashing red, to steady red, then slow flashing red and then finally flashing green. Release the test button. Wait for the green LED to turn off. The MOB1 is now in programming mode
Note: The MOB1 will automatically turn off if it does not receive screen communications within 50 seconds
Validation Complete!
With rubber programming adaptor in place press test key on MOB for over 15 seconds (red LED will flash, stay on, flash slowly then the green LED will flash - release key when Green LED flashes), Wait for green LED to go off then place MOB over box below with Programming Adaptor against the screen
Please enter your MMSI into the box below, and select any DSC options you want to enable
Please validate your MMSI by entering it again
